We are fundamentally committed to data transparency and operational integrity. This policy outlines how we collect, utilize, and safeguard your data across the Ecosystem (Client App, Partner App, and Web Platform).
1. Information We Collect
To foster a secure ecosystem, prevent fraudulent activity, and ensure seamless gig execution, we collect the following categorized data:
- Identity & KYC Data: We collect government-issued credentials (Aadhaar for individual Partners, GST/CIN for corporate Clients) to rigorously verify identities, enforce legal compliance, and eliminate unverified profiles from the workforce pool.
- Geographic Location Data (GPS): For Partners, we actively process real-time spatial data during active shift hours. This validates physical venue attendance, powers our absent-claim logic, and protects Clients from attendance fraud.
- Communication Data: Phone numbers and email addresses are maintained for account security. Necessary contact details are temporarily bridged between matched Clients and Partners to coordinate transport routing and on-site logistics.
- Financial Routing Data: Bank account metrics and UPI addresses are securely stored to process automated platform billing and facilitate accurate Partner payouts.
- Operational Media: We may collect in-app photographic evidence submitted by Clients strictly for dispute resolution, incident reporting, or manual worker verification edge-cases.
2. How We Utilize Your Data
Your information is deployed exclusively to power the core functionalities of the platform, including:
- Streamlining gate access and on-site identity verification for event venues.
- Generating non-repudiable digital contracts and transparent tax invoices.
- Calculating and processing exact B2B platform commissions and worker remittances.
- Dispatching real-time transactional alerts for shift updates, transport scheduling, and payment confirmations.
3. Integrated Third-Party Infrastructure
We leverage industry-leading, compliant third-party architectures to fortify our services. By engaging with the ecosystem, you acknowledge our use of the following trusted partners:
- DigiBoost (by Surepass): Integrated via SDK for real-time, automated Aadhaar and corporate KYC verification.
- Razorpay: Deployed as our secure payment gateway to manage B2B settlements and routing.
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Utilized for encrypted cloud hosting and highly secure document infrastructure (e.g., ID proofs and invoices).
- FCM,MSG91 & WhatsApp API: Used to deliver critical, low-latency gig notifications and operational communications.
4. Data Sharing & Transparency Protocol
We strictly prohibit the sale of user data. We engage in minimal, operational data sharing—transmitting only gig-critical details (such as verified name and contact info) to the specific counterparty you are matched with for a confirmed shift, strictly to facilitate successful execution.
5. Security & Data Retention
All transmitted data is shielded via industry-standard cryptographic encryption. We retain operational data only for the lifecycle necessary to fulfill the services outlined in this agreement, or as strictly mandated by Indian financial and regulatory authorities.
6. Account Deletion & Data Portability
We provide a clear pathway for users to manage and delete their data, tailored to their role within the ecosystem:
- For Partners: Partners may initiate permanent account and data deletion directly through the "Account Settings" menu within the GigGuyz Partner App.
- For Clients: Clients may request data deletion by contacting our compliance team at gigguyz25@gmail.com. Upon a brief review to ensure all active production settlements are finalized, the deletion process will be initiated.
- Fraud Protection & Retention Period: To safeguard the ecosystem against financial fraud and attendance-claim disputes, GigGuyz maintains a 7-day "Security Verification" window. During this period, data is held in a restricted state. Once this period concludes and no fraudulent activity is detected, personal data is permanently scrubbed from our active production databases.
- Legal Exceptions: Please note that certain transactional data (such as tax invoices, GST records, and payment logs) will be retained as required by the Companies Act and Indian Income Tax regulations.
7. Partner App AI Data Tasks
To continuously improve our platform intelligence and matching algorithms, Partners may participate in specialized AI data annotation and feedback tasks directly within the GigGuyz Partner App. These tasks may include:
- RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback): Providing qualitative human ratings to refine our automated systems and improve platform responses.
- NER (Named Entity Recognition): Identifying, categorizing, and tagging critical operational information within documentation.
- Bounding Boxes: Assisting with computer vision and image verification models by marking specific elements within uploaded operational media.
